Abstract Digital Wave

Built by someone who has actually done the work.

Kare Selvaraj is the founder and CEO of Velotrix Business Solutions, a Canadian supply chain consultancy based in British Columbia. He spent 15 years leading supply chain and operations at Procter and Gamble and Best Buy, two of the most operationally demanding companies in the world. Not in a strategy role. In the work itself.

He ran cost reduction programmes worth millions of dollars. He rebuilt supply chains from the ground up. He led digital transformations across multiple continents. He holds a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality, along with degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Information Systems.

He thinks in systems. And he can find where a process is breaking down faster than most people can articulate the problem.

...so he built Velotrix.

The premise is direct: mid-market companies deserve access to the same rigour, the same analytical approach, and the same quality of operational thinking that their larger competitors take for granted. Without a nine-month implementation. Without an enterprise contract. Without a consultant who has never actually run a warehouse telling them how to run theirs.

Velotrix works with manufacturers, distributors, and 3PLs who are ready to stop guessing and start building operations that actually scale.

The problem he saw

What he kept seeing outside of those large organisations was a gap nobody was filling well.

Mid-market companies, the 50 to 1,000 person retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and 3PLs that make up the backbone of the Canadian economy, were dealing with the same operational problems his teams had solved at scale. Supply chain visibility. Data living in too many places. Processes that grew faster than the systems holding them together.

But they did not have access to the expertise that fixed those problems at Procter and Gamble. Enterprise consultancies were out of reach. Software companies were selling platforms built for Global 2000 companies. And smaller consultants often showed up with slide decks instead of answers.

If any of this sounds familiar, let's talk.

A 30-minute discovery call costs you nothing. Continuing to run your operation on spreadsheets and gut feel costs you more every month.
